North Shore Lake Tahoe
Relax in the cabin or play at the casinos.
Our Kingswood Estates Cabin (sleeps up to 6-12 people) has a hot tub, a pool table, a "Golden Tee" arcade game, and WiFi so you can bring your laptop and surf the web. It has three floors, two master bedrooms and two bedrooms with triple bunk beds. There are two additional queen sized beds (one as a wallbed, and one as a hide-a-bed). There are two full bathrooms.
About the place:
A 4 bedroom, 2 bath Tahoe Cabin with 1,600 square feet of living area.
The cabin will sleep 10 to 14 people but is great for two families.
The private residence is situated with a great deal of space between you and the cabin below you
This home sits on a large gently sloping lot, so your kids can set up a sled run right outside the house
There is a new driveway with parking on site for two cars in the winter (in the summer you are welcome to park more cars on the street). We can accommodate more cars in the winter a few blocks away at our Kings Beach condo parking area if you do not mind shuttling back and forth.
The cabin features two view decks and one patio with a brand new 6 person hot tub.

Wireless internet is available for free, so be sure to bring your laptop!

In all, between these two rooms, there are 6 twin sized beds with new mattresses and lots of comfy pillows and blankets ready to sleep a bunch of folks!
Storage Area:
We have added a separate storage area off of the front deck that will give you plenty of space to safely lock away your skis, boards, sleds, etc. without having to take them into the house.
Rent is $285 - asking 4 night stay Jan.-April (holiday rates my be higher), $150 cleaning fee, 10% room tax, and a security deposit is required.
